Dispatch & Challans

Load the right glass on the right vehicle, with a correct challan every time.

Ready pieces are grouped into dispatch batches by customer or route. The system creates a delivery challan with a unique number that is never reused, dated in Indian Standard Time.

Partial dispatches are handled cleanly: the order shows what has left the factory and what is still pending, so customers get accurate answers.

From finished pieces to a dispatch batch

Finished and packed pieces are grouped into a dispatch batch. The batch gets a delivery challan with its own number. A challan number is never reused, and dates on the challan are in Indian Standard Time, so a late-night dispatch does not show the wrong day.

Partial dispatches stay clean

Orders often leave the factory in parts. The order shows what has already gone and what is still pending, so the office can answer a customer who calls about a half-delivered order without checking the yard.

The dispatch report

The Reports menu includes a Dispatch Report with dispatch batches, status and logistics tracking, so the owner can review a day or a week of deliveries in one place.
